Over the last few years, awareness of neurodiversity has given rise to more nuanced approaches to coaching clients with co-existing diagnoses - such as Autism and ADHD. In this case collaboration we explore the unique challenges that AuDHD clients bring at each stage of their coaching journey. How can coaches bring their skills and knowledge of the coaching relationship to these clients? We’ll explore what we already know about trust and listening, and discuss ways to apply that more effectively to an AuDHD client to develop effective communication and deeper trust.
