As ADHD and autism diagnoses increase, coaches must expand their knowledge and expertise to meet the needs of both brains. One is disorganized and chaotic; the other is structured and ordered; these two conditions can be opposites yet have many similarities. With most of us having ADHD-specific training, it is a big change to expand our minds to a completely new diagnosis.

Our coaching mindset skill allows us to open our horizons to a whole new brain without a whole new course entirely.
