"How You Don't Do Things" with Dr. Russell Ramsey

Friday, April 3 - 11:30 am to 12:30 pm EDT - Presentation & Discussion

Join us for a 2-part members-only discussion about Procrastivity with Dr. Russell Ramsay. The first discussion will take place on April 3, followed by a check-in discussion on May 8, where you will get a chance to get back together with Russell Ramsay and share your experiences implementing the "How You Don't Do Things" tool with your clients. 

Procrastivity is a specific type of procrastination in which priority tasks are avoided by engaging in other tasks that themselves are productive and necessary, but which end up being self-defeating because they take time, effort, and energy away from priority tasks. Thus, adults with ADHD may be busy all day but not feel productive in the most important endeavors. However, there are ways we can help our clients increase follow through on priority tasks.
